Ranch Add-Ons

Lakeview Ranch Camp Add-on
Lakeview Ranch Camp is an option that can be added (for an additional fee)for overnight campers ages 7-9 who are staying for a full week at Lakeview Lodge. They’ll peel off from the rest of their unit and head to the barn in a group for 1.5 hours on each of three days during their week to learn about the animals, help take care of them, and ride in the arena. Lakeview Ranch campers love to share the horse facts they learned, introduce their counselors to the goats, and build friendships with horses and other animal-loving kids!

Trail Ride Add-On
Overnight campers age 9+ who are staying for a week can add a trail ride to their camp experience (for an additional fee). Once during the week (for about an hour) they’ll head up to the ranch with their trail group, get matched with one of our friendly horses, and learn the basics. Our ranch team will lead them in a trail ride through our beautiful woods to see a part of camp not typically experienced on foot. Trail riders love to tell the tales of their adventure and compare favorite horses while on the way back to join their cabin group.
