FEE ASSISTANCE APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Please complete the online application for our fee assistance program. Assistance is granted as funding is available and on a first-come-first-served basis. Fee Assistance may only be granted for one session per person. If you need a paper copy of the form, please email ce@myYcamp.org or call our office at 859-586-6181.
- Once your application is submitted our team will take some time to review your information. A copy of your 2019 or 2020 income tax return is not required at the time of submission but may be requested if accepted.
- Once accepted, a deposit will be required to hold the camper’s spot in their assigned week.
- To help continue our funding efforts, please have your camper write a thank you letter. A template for the letter can be found here. If your camper has attended camp in the past, please ask them to write about their favorite activities, friends they met, things they enjoyed, etc. This can be sent to YMCA Camp Ernst 7615 Camp Ernst Rd, Burlington, KY 41005 or scanned and emailed to ce@myYcamp.org
