Rates & Payment Plans

Full Week Camp- $548 for YMCA Members and $638 for non-YMCA members for campers ages 6-15 
Half Week Camp- $350. Available select dates for campers ages 5-9
Introduction to Overnight- $90. Available select dates for campers ages 5-9
Summer Stayovers
Campers who are staying two consecutive weeks can stay the weekend between their two weeks by adding a STAYOVER for an additional $95. On the Stayover weekend, campers will have a chance to relax and rest before another week of camp and participate in some camp activities. Their laundry will be done for them as well
Add On Programs:
Young Guns Ranch Camp- $70.  Available select weeks for campers age 7-9
Ranch Camp Add On- $95.  Available select weeks for campers age 10-15
Full Week Specialty Programs:
Equine Adventure- $730.  Available select weeks for campers age 10-15
Advanced Riders Camp- $730.  Available select weeks for campers age 12-15
Ranch Day Camp Programs:
Half Week Ranch Camp- $275.  Available select weeks for campers age 9-15.
Community Exchange
Complete five hours of community service and receive $25-off camp fees. You can volunteer up to 20 hours for $100 off. THIS OPTION EXPIRED APRIL 15.  For an application for summer, 2020, click here! You can start collecting your hours this summer!
Camp Director's Scholarship
Upon completion of 20 hours of community service (see above), Eli awards up to $50 based on your essay response to: "What are your special circumstances that make you in need of an additional scholarship for camp?" Funds are limited, first come first served. 
Income-Based Sliding Scale Scholarships
We offer Income-based sliding scale scholarships. These scholarships are based on your family’s income. Funds are limited. For an application, click here.
Additional Fee Reductions
Multi-Week: $75 off each additional week after first week registered. $50 for second family member (in same household) and $75 for third and additional family members (in same household).

Each camp week is reserved with a non refundable deposit of $100 and camp needs to be paid in full one month prior to your registered camp week. We can work with you to set up an Automated Payment Plan using automatic payments with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. We can also set up an Electronic Funds Transfer through a checking or savings draft.
Payments will be broken down and paid on the first business day of each month and paid in full prior to your camper’s arrival.
  • Weeks 1-4: Last automatic payment on May 1
  • Weeks 5-7: Last automatic payment on June 1
  • Weeks 8-9: Last automatic payment on July 1

A deposit is required with registration for most sessions and, for summer camp, is non-refundable after March 15. The final balance is due at the latest by four weeks before the session begins. Cancellation for ANY session, summer or year-round, must be made at least two weeks before that session begins. Cancellations within two weeks of the session's start day will be non refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing, by emailing [email protected]
