Leadership Staff

LEADERSHIP STAFF (RISING SOPHOMORES IN COLLEGE AND OLDER)

Rising Sophomores in college and older are eligible to apply for a leadership positionLeadership staff are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating various aspects of the camp program and operation.  Various Leadership postions are available.

All leadership staff must be able to commit to Lead Week May 23-28 and Staff Training May 30-June 4, 2020.  Priority is given to applicants who can commit to all nine camper weeks.   To be considered in the first round of employment offers, please complete the steps below by December 15th.  Spots are limited. 

TO APPLY:

  1. Read about our team and available positions.
  2. Complete a camp-specific application (Returning staff should use the log in information created in 2019.  New applicants, please create a new account).
  3. Complete an application for the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati (*this step is in progress- check back soon)
  4. Submit one of the following items to complete your application to [email protected]
  • A lesson plan for a new evening program  (1 hour in length, unit/age group of your choice)
  • A  lesson plan for a new choice activity (1 hour, unit/age group of your choice)
  • A new process, plan, or training to utilize in summer 2020.
